Working with Rob, we went from nervous and confused about how to proceed, to confident and excited about the experience! Rob quickly assessed our home, created an organized spreadsheet for us to track progress. He worked with us to determine what we would need to fix up before it hit the market without breaking our budget. He provided us with contractors who finished that work on a perfect timeline and his team helped us stage our home so it looked gorgeous for photos and open houses.
