Rob walked my sister and I through all procedures needing to be done in order to get the house prepared to market and was readily available to answer any and all questions. Rob was a delight to work with, but most of all, we appreciate his integrity.

Rob Thacker, what can I say? Not only was he amazing but he was also versatile in whenever I come to what I want. At first I was just looking for land and he helped me in that and was very informative on what was going on with properties. I had to throw a bump into the road and switch it up on him and suddenly wanted a house. Not only looking for something else but also switched the location on him.
