Rob is a very professional agent! He offered help when we were in a dilemma situation with the selling: tenant left the faucet on a whole day when they moved out, water flooded downstair neighbor home, insurance company stepped in while we were selling the property. Rob was able to negotiate us a good price under this unsure condition. He also always reminded us any potential future obligation when signing document. He was able to push back buyer's several requests which we were uncomfortable with. Overall, working with Rob is really pleasant and giving us a peace of mind!

Working with Rob was excellent , I would highly recommend him . My fatheraEUR~s house needed a lot of work to sell, and he helped us to manage Making the house presentable. Great communication and his team of people at the title company and the movers, that he worked with were all great, he helped us through the move and all the way to the cleaning up process as well. And super nice guy as well. I would highly recommend him as a real estate agent. Two thumbs up for sure.

As an out of state seller, Rob made my life easy by being extremely knowledgeable about the San Jose market. He effectively marketed our property and achieved the sales price we were looking for. He not only took care of all of our marketing needs, but spent a lot of time coordinating all of the various inspections with our tenants. He understood the buyers needs as well and skillfully negotiated a mutually acceptable contract. Rob knows the area and the real estate market very well and I highly recommend him.
