Rob is a very professional agent! He offered help when we were in a dilemma situation with the selling: tenant left the faucet on a whole day when they moved out, water flooded downstair neighbor home, insurance company stepped in while we were selling the property. Rob was able to negotiate us a good price under this unsure condition. He also always reminded us any potential future obligation when signing document. He was able to push back buyer's several requests which we were uncomfortable with. Overall, working with Rob is really pleasant and giving us a peace of mind!

As an out of state seller, Rob made my life easy by being extremely knowledgeable about the San Jose market. He effectively marketed our property and achieved the sales price we were looking for.
