Rob was our realtor for 2 years while we looked for our perfect home. He was kind, patient, and easy to get in touch with. Just go with Rob. Seriously, you'll be doing yourself the biggest favor. You look through his reviews and you hear the same things: honest, invested in the process, patient, knowledgeable, always available. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and Rob helped us avoid overpaying for the wrong house. I REPEAT: We were early in the process and ready to put in an offer that was way over asking for a house that was ultimately not right for our family. I still can't get over that. I don't know many salespeople in any field that have that strong of a moral compass. If we worked with any other realtor, we would have closed on that house and really would have regretted it. We continued on with the process and ended up seeing 35+ houses with him. He remained a terrific soundboard throughout and he helped us land the absolute perfect home for us in a very tough market. We could not possibly recommend working with Rob McConville more highly. As first-time homebuyers, Rob made the process of searching for and purchasing a house absolutely seamless. He is the type of person who works so hard for you that you dont even realize how much he is doing behind the scenes. For example, any time we had a question or request, he replied quickly and had already contacted all the necessary parties and made any arrangements needed to address our request. He is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, which made it easy to put our trust in him despite being new to the process. In addition, it was clear that Rob valued us as people more so than just customers, and he frequently talked us out of making stupid decisions, at the expense of his own sales. Once we found our home, Rob continued to make it easy with a list of references for inspectors, attorneys, etc.., all of whom were equally amazing to work with. On a personal level, Rob is a delight to work with and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

My husband and I worked with Rob for over a year. He was invested in the process with us the entire time and answered all our questions. He offered input when seeing houses but was careful not to sway us one way or another. Hes extremely knowledgeable about homes in general and also has contacts with reputable inspectors and other vendors to make the transition to a new town easier. Rob is a great realtor and we will definitely use him again when the time comes!
