I am the "numbers man" with a background and degree in Accounting. My wife, Joyce, is the "techie one" with a computer degree and experience with online marketing, promotion, and a professionally trained Real Estate Photographer. Sheri is our Closing Coordinator and is behind the scenes making sure everything is completed and all goes well to the closing table!

We recently helped a young family find their dream home. They had some special financial challenges, but our lender was able to find a program perfect for them. We looked at several homes and the market was hot. Properties were flying off the shelves, but after finding the perfect house, we were able to submit an offer, along with a personal letter to the seller about the family buying the home. The seller chose our offer over the others because of the beautiful story our buyers told. It was NOT the highest offer. Our buyers bought the home at a very fair market price and did not overpay, even in this very competitive sellers market. They are now moved into the home and we are keeping in tough through Facebook!

Rob was the Vice-President and Controller of a home builder. After working in the industry he developed a passion for buyers and sellers and wanted to be able to work with the people and not in the office. His real estate business grew so quickly, he needed assistance. Joyce was able to get her real estate license and help him with the marketing and promotion and also work with the buyers and sellers.

Rob has a degree from the University of Evansville in Accounting. Joyce has a degree from IU in Business Management and Administration with a concentration in Computer Programming.
