Through my nearly 20 years in real estate, I have experienced more than most agents have in their entire lifetime. I am father of 4 awesome kids and have been happily married to my beautiful wife for 30 years. Family means everything to me and I do everything professionally for the future of my family. I am a true real estate expert and work from a place of high ethical standards that are often tested but never bent. with over 3200 closed transactiions and have trained hundred of real estate agents over the years. In my first 5 months as a licensed agent, I outsold every new agent in 3 markets. Rookie of the year eluded me because 6 months was required for eligibility. (my good friend won so, I was happy about that) Withn 3 years I obtained my Broker's license and subsequently took over an independent brokerage with 15 plus agents which I ran for almost 2 years before moving on to bigger things. As the most experienced short sale expert in the USA I have proudly helped thousands of homeowners from foreclosure via short sale. This was and is very rewarding on a personal level. I truly like helping people and why I continue to help homeowners in need of help and training real estate agents become the best at their craft.
