They assisted my husband and me in the purchase of a new construction home in the Yulee area in March 2022, and they went above and beyond to help us buy a beautiful home. Nancy and Rob were our eyes and ears on the ground throughout the entire process when we could not be in town including monitoring the build completion, inspections, and even the final walkthrough. We needed to put our complete trust in them, and they did not disappoint. In the midst of a relocation for work, almost the entire process was done remotely. We were even unable to view homes in person so Nancy walked properties for us and we attended via Zoom. Nancy and Rob are both prompt to respond to questions and concerns via email and phone contact. They even jumped in to help us negotiate with the builder when the property did not appraise for the amount needed for closing! Five stars is not enough to rate this dynamic duo.
