Roan was a great realtor, and a great over all person. He's great with negotiating and he was super helpful throughout the whole process. He's really patient and really professional. He was also bilingual which was super helpful to me. So I would recommend him if you are a Spanish speaker. Another thing about Roan is that he's always pending for phone calls and never once missed a call from me which was really helpful because he took away any concerns or questions I had. His way of communicating didn't feel like only business, everything felt really friendly when it came to negotiating.
