I've worked with first-time home buyers, empty nesters who want sell their large home for a condo, move up buyers who sell their home they've outgrown for a larger home. I also have experience working with investors who are looking for investment property as well as relocation buyers.
I'm fond of all of my transactions. One in particular a young family who have 2 small boys and outgrew their home. They had so many concerns with the process of selling and I helped ease their minds. They also had a difficult time finding a home that they both agreed on. When they finally found it, they immediately went into contract on their home and and then closed with very few challenges. They were so excited and we became friends in the process.
I was in corporate America for over 20 years and realized that wasn't for me. I wanted to have my own business. In my exploration, I found real estate investing and started doing that part-time. Eventually I built that business up to quit my day job. When the market changed in 2009 my business changed and I needed to figure out where to go from there. I loved working with people and helping them with real estate challenges so I figured it made sense to get my license. I love my real estate career!
Having a background in corporate America, I understand the importance of professionalism. I am very serious about my business, I am customer focused. I also have been on the other side when I was a real estate investor and know what it meant to have an outstanding agent representing me.
