If you are buying or selling in Montecito, there's no better agent than Sarah. The Riskin group is the premier real estate agency in Montecito and Santa Barbara and Sarah is, in my opinion, their best agent. She was realistic about the price we could get for our house and ended up being spot on. She arrived early for every showing and made sure the house presented itself the best it could. She opened doors, windows, and straightened up. When the showing was over, she closed everything and locked up. The folder she put together for the house was beautiful. Our house sold quickly and without much hassle. I credit Sarah for that.
