Carol was our realtor as we moved from the Seattle area to Grand Junction. She took a personal interest in our well being, helped us to navigate our first days in Grand Junction, even when our car broke down! She went the extra mile for us. She was extremely patient with us as we explored Grand Junction and surrounding areas. No matter how busy she was, she always found time to answer our questions and get information for us on houses we were interested in. When we were unable to be in town to look at houses, she went and toured them for us and took videos to email to us, which is actually how we found the home we eventually bought. She was a savvy negotiator and made great suggestions as she represented us. We highly recommend Carol Cowen and her team!
