Riley Orr

I grew up around real estate thanks to my father, who has owned a residential appraisal business for over 30 years. I have spent years training under him - watching him meet clients, inspect homes, and break down market data, and that early exposure is a big part of why I understand this industry so well today. Being raised around appraisals taught me to look beyond the surface of a property and gave me a strong foundation before I ever stepped into real estate myself. My mother is a lifelong Glens Falls local and works at the First Presbyterian Church, where my family has stayed actively involved for years. She also greets locals and visitors as a hostess at The Caldwell House in Lake George, so there's a good chance you've met her. My brother is currently a senior at Nazareth College, where he continued his basketball career after being a standout player at Lake George High School. Together, we're all connected to the community in different ways, and it's a big part of why I'm proud to live and work here.
