Not All Agent - Broker work the same !! After having my place listed with a different broker for 6 month and losing two escrows .. I got a phone call from Riley, And I'm glad I did . He advertised my place professionally . ( Not the basic advertising with poor online photos, drone, video and staging that other agents do ). He also work around the clock and was available with great communication. Riley is Great in communication , Social Media and professional advertisement , Which is Super important in today market and high interest rate ! (He also put up with my stress / temper . Which was unnecessary from my side / apology ..:). I appreciate the great work that he did , My place felt out of escrow twice and was on the market for 6 long months. As I sit here in my beautiful new to me kitchen I thought I would share our experience with Riley. We had already lived in San Pedro and absolutely adored our previous first home but had started looking for something with a little more room to grow. We found Riley through Zillow and showed us a house I had found just browsing the site. I had a previous realtor that I had always thought I would use again but Riley was so calm, laid back, and really took the time to listen to what we were looking for. It took a few months to find our new home and we never once felt pressured to make any offers. When it came to all the paperwork and sale of our house he was on our side, thorough and diligent. Nothing got past him! We are so happy we found him! Buying a home isnt easy and he really made the process so seamless.
