Julie was simply the best. She knows the market in Vermont and has a gifted eye and dedicatd team for staging and positioning a home for sale. We hired her spring 2025 to rep our home and 10 acres in the underhill-westford area and enjoyed working with her tremendously. We were away on vacation when the home went on the market and Julie and her team took care of the property and acted swiftly when they discovered a sidden water leak in the basement. They cleaned up and called an expert to address the leak. Just a great team all and all and you won't go wrong by getting them on your side and relying on their expertise. YES -- hire her!! For sure.

Samara was so easy to work with. We had met Samara when our friends were selling their home and she was their realtor. When we got ready to sell our home she was the first person we went to. We had never sold a home before and she advised while teaching us along the way. She made us feel she was working 24/7 because she was so responsive to our texts and calls. When we were under contract and going through the home inspection portion of things Samara gave us the knowledge to understand why that part of the process was so important which helped in the end during negotiation.
