I found and purchased a house within a month or so after we started working together. He will send you automated emails with new listings that match your criteria. He'll meet with you any time and is a very affable person who seems to have great connections within the real estate community. I very much appreciated his honesty in communicating my options even when doing so meant less of a take for himself and potentially starting from scratch again. He walked me through the process as many times as I needed.I also noticed that when it came time for him to bring in a contractor to survey the house, he remembered all of the things I wanted and did not want to change. After just a couple of meetings, he had a good grasp on my tastes and my limits as a buyer. I felt like he was on my side with all of the parties involved.He is a quality realtor and person.
