He was instrumental in walking me and my friend through the home searching process, what to look for when walking through a home, a knowledge of the applications and amenities of the home, the pros and cons, what to be careful of etc.Truly a masterclass in the home buying process. However, where Ricky truly shines is his commitment to the folks he works with. He has been so helpful after we closed on the home, with big things from power outages after a storm to small things about home ownership.
