About Rickey Paul
I worked around houses and buildings in one fashion or another from the foundation to the roof since I was 17 years old. I worked with a large Rental Property Owner for 6-7 years, and attended college for 3 years. Graduated in 2000. I started my Business in 2001, as a Home Inspector. The Business grew from one Home Inspection in a month to over several. Then it grew into a Property Management Business. We managed up to 161 units, then 2008 -2010 Real Estate crashed. In 2009, I finished getting my Real Estate Broker License. Then I learned the process of Selling and Listing Property from Dirk Zeller. I started selling Real Property. In 2011, my wife Judy received her Salesperson License. Then we decided to sell and list properties more in December 2016. We want to bring our experience and knowledge of Real Property to our clients and give them the Best Service available. We are a Privately owned company with a Big Heart to be able to give our clients the best service available. We were working with a couple looking for a house. We traveled from Dundee, NY to Lockwood NY. We showed them several of the properties that qualified in their price range. We found a house that really met their family needs and the end result was a Sold Property. The real result was, the husband stated his wife likes their house so much, it is hard to get her to leave and go to the Lake. Satisfied Clients is what our goals are. "Caring For People! I started a Home Inspection Business in 2001. In 2007, we started a Property Management Business, found out we needed a NYS Real Estate Broker License. In 2009, I obtained my R.E. Broker License. We managed up to 161 units at one point. In 2011, my wife Judy Paul, received her NYS R.E. Salesperson License. In December 2016, we decided to start focusing on Sales and Listings to our Business. In 2017, we Closed over $700,000.00 in sales in 2017. Our 2nd year, 2018, we closed over 1.3 Million Dollars in Sales. We want to bring our full knowledge in the Real Estate Business and Property knowledge to you.
We are still offering Home Inspection Services, Property Management and Real Estate Consulting to our customers. We also have the knowledge of Property Investing and dealing with Tenants.
