We worked with Rick as first-time sellers, and the experience could not have gone more smoothly. Rick was always available to answer our many questions, and he checked in with us frequently to update us regarding the entire process. When Rick found a buyer, he, with the assistance of Nicole, orchestrated everything that needed to get done quickly in order for us to close. We primarily worked with Nicole, Ricks business partner. She is amazing! Nicole really goes above and beyond in communicating with us, and even after we bought our home, she still checks in on us and provided us information for vendors, electricians, etc. She is very responsive and always available through text and Phone call, and will help coordinate appointments with contractors, home insurance, and more! I also never felt like she was pushy in trying to get us to buy a home and gave us great info about the Petaluma area. Definitely recommend Nicole if you are looking for someone who communicates well and will help you coordinate all things related to your house!
