This is the second home we contracted Rick to sell for us. Our positive experience from working with Rick previously made us hire him again without any hesitation. This home on Shook Court presented a challenge to get it to closing as something came up in the home inspection that neither Rick or myself saw coming. Without Rick's guidance I question whether we would have resolved the issue successfully.
