This home on Shook Court presented a challenge to get it to closing as something came up in the home inspection that neither Rick or myself saw coming. Without Rick's guidance I question whether we would have resolved the issue successfully. Although Rick did not represent us in the purchase of our new home, he was instrumental in helping us with this purchase. Anytime we had a question, Rick was quickly responding to us with the answer. My wife and I are senior citizens. I believe Rick was cognizant of our ages and took thhis iinto account as he guided us thru selling and buying.
