Rick is very knowledgeable in what he does. He explained what every doc is and also pointed out the most important part of a document. Rick Moon did an outstanding job preparing, marketing, placing our home on the market, and securing a Sale!! Given the COVID-19 environment, there were a lot of challenges that were not the norm in terms of Safety; Rick knew the correct safety protocols, communication, and requirements for showings, which was a HUGE concern for my family and I.
