Rick is a very hands-on realtor who gets deeply involved in each project and does everything he can to take the burden off of his clients, while at the same time, taking care to listen to their needs.

For sellers, he handles everything from disclosure paperwork to custom marketing programs.
For buyers, Rick has been known to show property at all hours of the day and night on weekends, evenings and holidays. His clients know that he will work diligently to find the right match, negotiate the best price and assist in everything all the way.

Before becoming a realtor, Rick spent many years as a English teacher in Japan, a public school teacher and administrator here in the US. All of those experiences, you may notice, are people-centered. He is a graduate of UW-Madison and post-graduate from CU at Boulder, with a Master's Degree from Western Washington University.
