I had a great experience working with Rick and his wife Jane. I was connected with Rick via an online listing service, he had no idea who I was or if I was serious about buying and I was calling all the way from California, which I'm sure would cause some people to be nervous about wasting their time. Rick and Jane visited the properties I was interested in, took copious photos to send me and even kept me on the phone as they walked around describing the properties and asking questions. When I made plans to visit Maine Rick found multiple addition properties to show me that met my criteria, and drove me around the state of Maine for two full days. In the end it was a property that Rick found that I ended up choosing. Rick stayed in constant communication throughout the process and was very responsive to all of my requests and concerns. I would definitely work with Rick and Jane again.

We had nothing but a great experience with Rick and his team. We had complicated circumstances surrounding a complicated transaction, and Rick was unflappable. He always had out best interests at heart, and was happy to play the "heavy" when my wife and I were willing to cave. Equally, for the few challenges that arose, Rick was quick to support with a name, phone call, local contact or local research, to insure that we knew exactly how to go about addressing it, and the overall impact. He is clearly integrated into his community, and a referral is always a huge help when coming from afar.
