We just closed on our first house today and we owe so much of that to Rick. It s a crazy market right now and Rick was always very responsive and quick to schedule showings for us. Houses were going under contract so quickly so Rick knew timing was important, when we saw a house come up that we wanted to see he would almost always get us in the next day. Being first time home buyers he took time to explain things to us, he would take calls at late hours when needed and really went to bat for us when we needed help negotiating on repairs with the sellers. Rick was very patient and never pushed us in any way. He is very knowledgeable of the area and knew a lot about houses in general. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a house. Rick helped us find our first home and a home for my mother when we relocated her to CT. Our home took 6 months to find. Rick Loranger is by far the best person in this industry that we have ever dealt with. Over the years we have had dealings with many real estate agents.
