Suzie was so patient with us while we searched for homes. She accommodated our schedules and even our families, encouraging us to have them tag along for some of our viewings. We looked at many homes over the span of a few months, and she never pushed us towards a particular home. Instead, she offered insights on the homes and the neighborhoods, speaking on the positives and negatives of each. Since we were looking for our forever home, we appreciated this approach immensely. On top of all that, she was super nice and thoughtful, answering all of our newbie questions. And when it came time to put in an offer and close the deal, she updated us regularly on what we needed to sign and when. Buying our first home felt like a huge leap, but Robert made the whole process surprisingly smooth. OMG!!! Not even sure where to begin. I originally contacted Melissa at least 18 months ago when interested in buying a new home. With rates being so high I was always skeptical if if I could afford but Melissa continued to provide similar options to what I wanted and that were close to my budget. Every time I showed interest in another home, she was always ready to meet me, or even show up for me if I couldnt make it to take photos and talk to the seller. When I found outaEUR?the oneaEUR?, Melissa was behind me in each step of the process with her notepad taking notes, from room dimensions while walking the home, to contacting home inspectors, pest control and roofers for quotes to help negotiate the cost of the home. Ultimately, with the help of Melissa I was able to save over $10k from the original agreed cost between myself and the seller. Melissa streamlined the entire process and made it extremely easy for a new first time buyer. I wouldnt go with anyone else in the future!
