Rick was professional from the jump! When we first me Rick, we hopped in a zoom call for about 2 hours. Let me just say this, it was probably the most interesting 2 hours for me and my girlfriend. In those 2 hours he went into depth about real estate and what it takes to buy a home. He went into detail from the EMD, contingencies, closing costs, appraisals, inspections, and they strategies to make offers. Once we finished our call, Rick gave us the confidence and push we needed to take the next step. Within days his people had pre-approved us for a loan and we were looking at multiple houses. As a realtor, Rick goes above and beyond. You can tell he had our best interest in mind. I say this because when we arrived at showing, he would look at the conditions of the roof, windows, walls, foundations etc. That meant a lot to us. He made us feel comfortable and showed us his passion for real estate. Rick made sure we were comfortable before we submitted any offers. Gave us all the advice we needed and walked us through different options on how to be aggressive. Once in escrow, Rick was available at all times of day. Always made sure he was on top of things and fought for our money. If we had any questions or concerns he went out his way to resolve them. Very professional and very punctual. In the end, he got the job done as promised. He got us our home and made it happen. We are very satisfied with his service and will highly recommend him to anyone in the market. Location! Location! Location! I can still hear Rick telling us how important location is when buying a home. We couldnt have picked a better realtor than Rick. This man went above and beyond in helping us buy a home. Every home we saw he gave us advice about the neighborhood, schools, restaurants and everything in our surroundings. Aside from being professional and honest, he was so easy going and was always responsive to text and phone calls.
