When my wife and I decided to sell our house, I started to look for a realtor online, and saw that the the Better Business Bureau graded Rick Fullers Realty with an A+. We were very lucky to have Wendy Shearer assigned to us. She is extremely pleasant, prompt, competent, gave us excellent advice, and could not have been more helpful. Although we needed to leave the country when the house was still up for sale, Windy took care of everything. She sold it for a fair, decent price, and we could not be any happier. If we had to give her a grade, she would definitely deserve an A+ as well.

My agent, Linda was very knowledgeable re market values. They provided excellent photos, a video, and drone photos too. Her narrative to describe the property was comprehensive and effective. She did an extensive email campaign to agents throughout the Bay Area. She was diligent re contract and escrow performance dates and worked with the buyers lender directly to insure timely loan funding to escrow. She was calm, friendly, and absorbed some of my venting during tense times in the process. Shes very competent and will do her best to get good results for sellers. I highly recommend the Rick Fuller Team!
