ZillowVERIFIEDI normally dont leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience working with Rick Bryant, especially given his 13 years in the real estate business. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected from a seasoned professional. Communication was inconsistent and often delayed, which made the entire process more stressful than it needed to be. I often had to follow up multiple times to get basic updates. There were also a few occasions where critical information was missed or miscommunicated, causing unnecessary setbacks and confusion. In addition, I didnt feel like my best interests were being prioritized. It felt like Rick was more focused on closing the deal quickly than ensuring I was comfortable and informed throughout the process. For someone with over a decade of experience, I expected a higher level of service, attention to detail, and professionalism. I hope Rick takes this feedback seriously and improves the way he works with future clients. Buying or selling a home is too important to feel like you're navigating it on your own.

He was able to close way before the set schedule aEUR" I cannot recommend Rick highly enough! Rick was patient, highly knowledgeable about our community since he was a past resident (has lived here for many years and lived in several areas of the city), ft Laudaerdale real estate , and the ins-and-outs of buying homes, and was incredibly flexible and accommodating in scheduling viewings. .He was patient with me changing my mind about offers and generous in giving detailed feedback and notes in reading through the various offers (which he has great expertise in reviewing) and contracts, pointing me in a good direction with buyers, helping set realistic expectations throughout the process, and basically guided me through every step of the way. Going through the first home-selling process by myself, I felt tremendously grateful for his guidance. He was professional and responded quickly whether by email or text. Also important to me was the fact that he put absolutely no pressure on me and provided information in an even-handed, non-judgmental, manner, and was unfazed by several course-changes in what I was looking for.
