Rick was fantastic to work with! We only had a weekend in Des Moines to find a house before moving out. Rick took the time before we came to talk through what we were looking for and had planned visits to several homes. He has been doing this for a long time, and was able to help us quickly sort through and find the right neighborhoods and homes to look at. Rick was super comfortable to work with--we always felt like he was truly partnering with us to find the right house. Very responsive through the whole home-buying process, from beginning to end. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Rick was our first real contact moving from out of state to Iowa. He made us feel very comfortable right away. Rick is knowledgeable about the area, very quick to respond with any questions and always had our back. When we were in escrow he kept on contacting the builder with issues to ensure our home was acceptable before we moved in. Even after the purchase of our home he made sure everything was taken care of and helped us with any issues that came up. He genuinely cares about his clients and that shows.

Rick responded very fast and was a very helpful guide through the purchasing process. There were some minor repairs needed on the house that were successfully negotiated and made before purchase. Closing went smoothly and Rick was willing to help even after the fact when questions arose.

We were a very picky couple when it came to looking for a house to fit our needs.
