While walking through one of aEURoeThe Pinckney PiratesaEUR? open houses, we overheard him tell another potential buyer that aEURoeBuyers are liarsaEUR?. The house he was selling at that time had a visible 5-8ft horizontal crack in the foundation visible in the basement that would be extremely costly to fix. Also, he did not greet us upon entry as he continued loudly talking to another potential buyer and it was only when we needed to exit and he was in the doorway did he acknowledge us. But we were already running far away from dealing with him or that house. I will avoid looking at any future homes with his name on it as the lack of professionalism is not something I want to deal with again.

Rick and Beth helped us get our first home without any issues. They actually made it fun. They were always there when we needed them and were impressively fast. Rick could sell and negotiate anything to anyone. He is your man if you want to get the right house at the right price. We got our house for 30k below asking which is impressive in this market.
