Our experience with Bryan was amazing as first time home buyers. Our new build took a long time to finish, and Bryan was with us when we first purchased the lot. He checked in with us at the perfect frequency. He?s super personable and not pushy at all toward his clients, but he isn?t afraid to express dissatisfaction to a builder or site supervisor about lack of progress or standards when appropriate. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. He wanted to be at every walkthrough, inspection, or meeting if his schedule allowed. Our builder told us 95% of realtors aren?t that dedicated, and that he had noticed Bryan drive through the neighborhood many times to check on things. We couldn?t have asked for a better realtor for our first experience, and I recommend him to coworkers or friends any chance I get. I actually told him at closing we will miss interacting with him.
