The first day I met him he already had 4 listings in mind for us after a 5 min phone call. one of which we ended up putting a bid in on later that day. After that purchase fell through with the sellers he stayed on the ball, so much so that when himself and his colleagues were out of town for a convention he was still monitoring the market, the second day of the convention he calls me to tell me that he found a house that he thinks we would like, the following week we came to look at the home that we live in today, it was a well maintained home, good neighborhood, and cheaper than some of the surrounding houses.
