A native of the Monmouth county shore area, I entered the real estate business in 1979 just before interest rates when to 18% and real estate has been my full time career ever since. I've worked through buyer's markets, seller's markets and everything in between. I find that the Golden Rule works best when dealing with my clients and other real estate agents. Rich is quite knowledgeable and experienced. He has been doing this for a while and you really benefit from that. He has a calm and pragmatic approach which makes real estate transactions, especially negotiation, much easier and less stressful to navigate. After working for a few months with a different agent with no success at all, a local friend recommended Rich as the best agent to use in Monmouth County due to his expertise in the area and his experience with closings and navigating different real estate markets. This was the best recommendation I received; within the first week of looking at houses and submitting offers, I was getting accepted and entering into negotiations on my eventual house, and I was able to work the price down by 10% to cover repairs. He was also able to recommend other professionals for every step of the process as well, from lawyers to home inspectors. He is always available for a call, and responded immediately to any queries I had for him over text, call, and email.

Richard did a a great job selling my condo in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. Richard has an office and lives in Monmouth Beach so he is very familiar with everything going on in the area. He was able to obtain the highest price ever at The Shores condo complex! Richard was always available to answer questions even at night and on the weekends. Very professional at all times.
