We had confirmed a time to look at a property with Richard and he never showed up; he did not call me or anything and left us waiting at the property for over 30 min before we decided to leave. I still have yet to hear from him. The house looked nothing like the photos (it was in terrible shape), so that was also disappointing as we had driven almost 2 hours for this appointment. Maybe its different working with him and properties he has listed himself, but from my experience I would not work with him again.
