I had the unfortunate experience of trying another realtor prior to the Berman Group. Our prior Realtor had terrible communication, went to Hawaii without telling us and was condescending and rude. After 4 months I gave up selling the condo and we decided we had to move before my job let me go (I was required to relocate). The week of our move, I met Richard. He seemed charismatic and he offered to sell our place; said he has great results with relists. I politely told him no, I am done with trying to sell for the time and we will call him later if we were interested. We relocated and a month or so later I gave him a call. ...Richard sold our place within 30days of having it listed!
