Never again, he doesnt know his market. He sold my home on a cheap price. This is frustrating. He processed the details poorly an his negotiation skills are awful.

Ricardo is professional and personable; he makes you feel comfortable. By having trusting dialogue Ricardo was able to open my eyes to types of investment properties I never considered before. He took the time to hear what I was saying and aggressively searched out potential properties that fit the criteria.
