Richard was an absolutely essential factor in our move to West Virginia and search for a new home. We were in the difficult situation of having to move to WV from across the country for employment and had to find a home in a limited amount of time and without ever having the opportunity to visit the area and see, in person, the homes we were interested in. We relied a lot on Richard, who was always willing to go out to the sites we were interested in, contact sellers' agents, do research, answer our many questions, etc. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and got us into a beautiful home that matched what we had been looking for.
