Richard is an excellent realtor. I will definitely request his service again if I need to buy or sell house in Upstate area.Richard helps me tremendously on negotiating the repair terms with the seller. Since this house is a property belongs to a bank, the seller responded all communication very slowly. In this process, Richard facilitate the communication, handle all paperwork efficiently, and explained the situation to me patiently. Rich made himself available and was able to get us into homes as soon as we wanted to see them. He responded to any inquiries we had on properties in a timely matter. His extensive knowledge on the area proved an invaluable resources (from neighborhoods, schools, shops, and even traffic patterns.) This was our 4th home purchase but first in SC and Rich assisted with providing options for get us in touch with reputable mortgage companies, inspectors, and other services we were looking into. This was a No-Pressure sales experience. If in the future we decided to sell the home we would call Rich first to list it.
