First off Richard was super friendly and helpful. After asking us what we were looking for in a house he was able to immediately find 4 homes to look at before we settled on a choice. He was very intuitive to how we envisioned what we would like. He held our hands every step of the day making sure we were happy and there wasn't any suprizes alone the way. Rich put us in touch with everyone we would need for the home and septic inspection, etc. My only regret is not getting in touch with him sooner so we could have been in our dream home a lot sooner ??. If he can't find the answer to anything he will go find it.
