You're not going to find a better realtor, there's a reason his ratings are so high. Couldn't have had a better experience. I used Rich for the selling of my house and purchase of my new house. They took us around several neighborhoods to give us newcomers a sense of the area and our housing options. They thoroughly researched the listings after we decided on an area to find a good match.
