Prior to closing, he helped me negotiate a rental agreement between the seller and myself so that I could move in while waiting for the closing to finalize. This helped me tremendously!

ZillowVERIFIEDRich is a master of the process of buying a home. He has many years of experience and it shows. We (as well as other customers from what I am told) have pulled him very far out of Watertown to assist with buying a home. He was able to assist us with buying a home 30+ minutes from Watertown on two separate occasions. We have what some might consider unique tastes and requirements and he was great throughout the entire process on guiding us on homes we wanted to see. This time around he helped us negotiate a home that was a little out of our price range, into a price we could definitely make a reality. I only docked one star for responsiveness because he (like many other realtors right now) have so much business that it is harder to find and get appointments to tour properties. We were on a time crunch as our current home was pending with a set closing date. We thankfully were able to do appointments during the workday hours and that worked, but it may not work for some on a time crunch. The best part of all is that we were able to structure the buying transaction to close 2 hours after our selling transaction so we only had to move once! Looking back it that, it was an amazing feat.

ZillowVERIFIEDRich went above and beyond in the sale of our property. Rich kept me informed during the listing and offer process to ensure that a timely and fair offer was received. In addition, he helped to arrange the requested repairs to ensure that the sale and closing was completed by the requested closing date. Rich also caught some math errors made by the closing company and insisted that the needed changes were completed so that everyone's interests were protected in a fair and equitable manner. I would highly recommend Rich for future real estate transactions!
