I grew up, currently live, and work in Valley Stream and the immediate areas. I have a large wealth of knowledge of my community and the surrounding neighborhoods. I have an extensive background in general contracting and I am able to help buyers get the best "VALUE" for their money and at the same time help them envision what their future "HOME" will look like and roughly how much it will cost to do it. When I list a client's home for sale I am able to point out all the architectural pluses of the home and how much value they add to it.
