Was raised by two hard working depression babies who taught me the value of a dollar early on. Spent my early youth working on farms, sod farms, steel-mill, longshoreman, and then the U.S. NAVY. From there I got into real estate( thank you Chuck Marks) and the late great Penny Duncan. For the last 30 plus years I have worked in Madison and St Clair county markets in real estate and have done everything from being a landlord, to building homes, as well as flipping property myself with a whole host of other clients.
