We needed honest advice on what updates were truly needed, and how to keep them on budget. He advised us beautifully, coming up with creative solutions. For $5,000 in updates, we received $16,000 MORE than our original asking price. When our buyer suddenly died a few weeks before closing (yes, it really happens!) Rich immediately swung into action and had two more buyers within 10 days. He had extra work to do, in getting the buyers heirs to release us from the sale so we could proceed without waiting for probate. He earned his commission ten times over. Be honest, is there a perfect home out there that doesn't need something fixed, or changed to your liking? No. Chances are, Rich has already fixed it at least once himself, and can tell you how to do it, or who to get to do it, right down to the best products to use. He knows absolutely everyone, and dials the right person faster than a speeding bullet! He has saved our bacon on several problems, and comes up with creative solutions. His eyes positively light up and you see the gears turning, as he turns over various solutions. We needed a very special house, that was both handicap accessible, and able to accommodate our home business, including a big printing press, on pretty short notice. He got us our perfect property and we had a contract on it in a week. He guided us, counseled us, and gave us excellent advice. He's not just an agent, he's a man of integrity and creativity who stands by you 24/7. He even pulls you out of muddy ditches when you slip off the road! This is the person you want to have your back, in the most expensive transaction of your life. I hope that we can keep him as friend for life, not only a realtor.
