As first-time homebuyers, we spent a week or so meeting with different realtors to see who we liked, with Rhonda being our last meeting. Immediately after the meeting we had the gut feeling that Rhonda would be our best choice, and I'm glad we followed our gut. Rhonda has a super keen eye for the very small details of a house that the average first-time buyer would never notice, which helped us avoid offering on homes that had faults we weren't aware of. She helped us put together competitive yet fair offers in a very tough seller's market, so we felt like we were putting our best foot forward for each one. The house we ended up getting was not even on our list, but Rhonda had a direct professional connection with the seller's agent, so it's clear that her network from 20+ years of experience is just another advantage.
