I am a native of Houma and a resident of Thibodaux, La. I am a proud graduate of Nicholls State University and LSU, my friends and family recognize me as a "go-getter" because they realize my strong work ethic and see my love and passion for helping others. I am very proud of my strong connection to this region and to the people of South La. We believe in hard work, building great relationships and operating with integrity. Hello,Recently, we had the privilege of selling our house with Rhonda Smith. From the beginning, Mrs. Rhonda was attentive and committed to our goals in the selling of 13 year old home. In our initial meeting, she came with comparable specs for the area and honestly discussed what was need to maximize our sell. We began the selling process, but was delayed due to Hurricane Ida devastation. During our rebuild, Mrs. Rhonda was there checking on us and assisting as needed. She even did a showing when the house had nothing but studs up to give buyers the opportunity to do a custom rebuild! From the several showing that she did of potential clients, she secured several offers for us and helped us decide on the best offer for us according to our needs. We had no idea how challenging th closing of a house could be, but Mrs. Rhonda was there guiding us throughout the whole process until the end. She even presented us with a plant and words of wisdom to take with us as we transition from this phase into our next phase. I have always known that I wanted her to be my realtor and I thank God for granting us the opportunity to do so.
