Rhonda has amazing work ethics. She asked the right questions and developed a game plan which included showing me 19 houses in a two-day span. By the end of day two we submitted a bid for one of the houses and even with a counter offer by the seller she was able to close the deal and approx 25 days later I had the keys and moving in. Her expertise created the fastest process from start to close and a smooth transition considering it was a VA loan. I would recommend Rhonda to anybody looking for a house in Cocoa Beach/Melbourne area. Thank you Rhonda!
