Rhonda Hayes has been in the real estate services business for many successful years and will be here for many more. This longevity and confidence comes from my real estate services to a great many buyers and sellers, and their recommendations to others that result in repeat and referral business that keeps me productive and successful. As a full service real estate professional, she works with buyers, sellers and investors in real estate transactions spanning all of the price ranges and property types. In 2005, she became the first female to join the property management division of Century21 Trademark in Greenbelt Maryland. In 2009 she joined the Institute of Real Estate Management ( IREM) and would later on earn the designation of Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) in 2010. In 2012, Rhonda became the addition to Horizon Property Management, LLC as Senior Property Manager of the Residential Division overseeing a diverse portfolio. In 2015 Rhonda became the Broker of Record for Washington DC with Carrington Real Estate Services where she handled the daily business operations of the Largo Branch, while managing a savvy team of real estate sales professionals. Today, Rhonda is an Associate Broker with Taylor Properties and the Founder of The LouRu Real Estate Group where she continues to manage an exclusive real estate team. Residential Single Family - My residential single family services connect buyers with sellers every day, and I do it with professionalism and a total dedication to my clients. This property type is the majority of my market transactions, but by far not the only one in which I have expertise. Multi-family - Investors are great clients for me.
