Rhonda was recommended by my previous neighbor who was able to sell their house by Rhonda in mere days of putting the listing on the market. They were also able to get an asking price when the home down the road had been on the market for months prior and below the cost of the home Rhonda sold! When my parents (who live out of state) decided to buy a home in close proximity to mine; we chose Rhonda. She immediately got to work, finding listings, searching for what we wanted and communicating throughout the very short process of her finding the home for my parents. Once she found what we thought we wanted she went to work ensuring any questions we had were answered and worked to ensure any concerns with the home were addressed. She sought out all answers and corrective actions necessary prior to us providing an offer! Once the offer was made she worked relentlessly to negotiate what we wanted and the price we were hoping for; which she secured in days!!!
