I have been in the real estate industry for over 20 years, since graduating from the University of Colorado with a BS in Finance. My early career years were spent as a loan officer helping people with the financing of their home. My occasional opportunity to help families select the best home for them was personally rewarding and resulted in a career change for me as a licensed real estate agent. Building on my unique experience with the financial side of real estate, I trained with some of the best and most successful agents in the industry and have been an independent agent since 2004. Over the last few years I have been in the top 1% of independent realtors in the tri-state area. I have received numerous awards including the Pinnacle of Performance with the Dayton Area Board of Realtors and Ohio Association of Realtors. I hold the Accredited Buyer's Representative Designation and Military Relocation certification. My personal experiences moving across the states and even out of the country, as well as building several homes has provided me with real-life insight into all the nuances of these important life events.
