Rhett was amazing through our entire buying process. We called him on a Sunday and he was able to get us in the property the same day. He had inspections and reports to us the same evening as showing. Rhett helped us get our offer placed on a Monday and accepted by Friday. Rhett was so awesome in helping my husband and I buy a house! With a growing family, I was being very picky when it came to the homes we looked at but also the locations and he did a great job of helping us find the perfect home in a great neighborhood where I know my kids can grow up and be safe! Rhett helped us sell our home. We sold our home in a market where a lot of agents don?t have to invest a lot of their time in the home to sell it, but Rhett went above and beyond! I love that Rhett is hands-on and he does a lot of his own drone / listing pictures, and in doing so, our house shined! ?? We sold our home for greater than what we expected... and in a period of 4 days! It was the smoothest process we could?ve asked for. The relationship and communication between us and the buyers and their agent was great! Even after the close of our home, Rhett has been helpful in answering our real estate questions for future endeavors. He is always available and willing to answer any questions and/or search for the answer that we need. I admire his drive to help people with their real estate goals!
