Ressie has been my trusted real estate agent / adviser through a home purchase and two home sales in Chicago. Ressie sold my condo less than one week from putting it on the market! Her communication is excellent - very responsive no matter if its the weekend or after normal business hours. She not only gave me the comparative selling information but carefully walked me through it so I was totally clear on what price I should be asking and why. She helped through the negotiation with the buyer, went above and beyond helping with the inspection (getting service quotes after, etc). and was engaged through the whole process. She was very supportive in a process that I find somewhat intimidating. I would highly recommend her to sell your home!
